EMB Retail Management ERP System (RMS) enables System Admins define roles, permissions and assign login access to users and to configure the system security and access control settings.
The Retail Management System will allow secure access to operational information such that only authorized users can access the database of the internal backend systems. Any user upon login will only be allowed access to documents in the system to the extent allowed for the user role. There will be audit and notification for security admins of every user visit and access to the system. We will employ secure cookie technology in tracking users and session timeouts for securing user sessions.

UPITEK offers various flexible training options that will fit your need. This training is categorized to system Administrator and Ordinary users for the Council and External parties.
UPITEK can provide up to 8 hours of training weekly. Client may choose on-site training on the use of the Case Management System to selected individuals on a one-on-one basis or on-site training to all council employees. Onsite training time option, time and location to suit client’s preference
UPITEK can provides 8 hours off-site/on-line training on the use of your Case Management System via specialized training software, any day of your choosing. This service will be delivered directly to the desktop of your selected trainee(s) via the web, timing and location to suit client’s preference.
UPITEK can provide short weekly electronic video training recordings on of the use of the Case Management System to the client in English Language. Client to watch videos and practice using the staging software and provide feedback for improvements.
